This position plays a crucial role in assisting the General Manager and Heads of Departments with construction progress monitoring, improving project controls plans, and ensuring project milestones are met efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will hold a BE/B.Sc. in Engineering from a PEC-recognized institute and have a minimum of 10 to 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in a cement plant setting. The role demands exceptional organizational, leadership, and team-building skills, along with a profound understanding of business and management principles.
