This role involves various responsibilities, such as translating training requirements into actionable plans for employees’ career growth, creating annual training programs, and facilitating employee development and training events. The HR team collaborates to ensure effective training, followed by evaluations to measure the results and adapt programs as necessary.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate setting and a proven ability to manage the entire training cycle. A Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent is preferred.
