Requirements for the role include experience in food innovation, new product development, and solid marketing knowledge. The candidate should also possess certified training experience in light food products and the ability to initiate R&D innovations that support marketing efforts and company objectives.
Key responsibilities involve leading cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives, managing multiple projects independently, and driving innovation in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in leading new product development projects from concept to full launch.
