The role requires a minimum of 8-9 years of relevant experience, particularly in the food industry, with 3-4 years at a managerial level.
Essential skills include expertise in three-level Quality Control mechanisms, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), productivity techniques, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
