BankIslami Pakistan Limited is seeking candidates for the position of Relationship Manager in the Employee Banking Department. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with corporate and business clients, focusing on employee banking and payroll solutions. The manager will act as a consultant to understand the financial needs of clients and provide customized banking solutions, aiming to achieve or exceed set targets.
Responsibilities also include cross-selling Cash Management services and preparing proposals for Employee Banking services. The eligible candidate should be a graduate with excellent relationship management skills, self-driven, result-oriented, and possess strong analytical and communication abilities. The positions are available in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Quetta, Hyderabad, Sialkot, and Mohmand.
