Asiya’s Premium Scarves and Carpets from Pakistan, India, and Iran Gain Popularity in China

A China-based Pakistani handicraft enterprise, Asiya, is experiencing growing popularity in China for its premium handmade scarves and carpets from Pakistan, India, and Iran. During the 2023 Beijing International Cultural and Tourism Consumption Expo, Asiya revealed its plans to expand its presence in the Chinese market.

The company currently operates nine offline stores in major Chinese cities, including Beijing, Hangzhou, Shanghai, Xi’an, Nanjing, and Tianjin. Asiya has established an effective distribution network, with Hangzhou serving as a central hub for receiving and distributing their products from the three countries. This strategic distribution network allows Asiya to efficiently supply their products to various cities and even reach smaller markets.

As part of its expansion strategy, the company has created a dedicated expo team to promote its products at exhibitions across China, such as the China International Fair for Trade in Service (CIFTIS). Asiya aims to leverage its existing relationships and increase its distribution to more cities in the near future. The enterprise’s focus on craftsmanship and cultural exchange has contributed to its increasing popularity among Chinese consumers, making it a noteworthy player in the world of premium handmade goods.
