Imtiaz Super Market is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Executive – HR Operations. The ideal candidate should have a BBA/MBA in HRM from a reputable university and possess 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
Responsibilities for this role include supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems, providing counseling on policies and procedures, ensuring timely initiation of the probation cycle, compiling and presenting information as per the Line Manager’s instructions, managing employee recognition programs, organizing employee engagement activities, addressing disciplinary and grievances issues, and maintaining employee attendance and leave management in accordance with company policies.
